Plumbers in Gällivare, Sweden

If you’re looking to expand your skills as a residential Plumber – this is an ideal opportunity for you! We provide an extensive training package to support you in understanding projects’ needs and specifications. You’ll be based in Gällivare, Sweden, where you’ll have the opportunity to work at our largest sites within our customer network.

The position requires carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and routine plumbing maintenance tasks in the renovation of apartments and houses. Minor installation works are also part of the job, and the whole plumbing activity is done to ensure high-quality standards at all times. We expect you to react promptly to day-to-day breakdowns of plumbing and briskly fix issues using your own initiative and experience.

The contract is signed with Barona Sweden, for a duration of 6 months. We are offering a good salary package and great benefits such as paid daily allowances and free accommodation (single room). Miles compensation between Piteå (Barona office) and Gällivare in the amount of 533 SEK one way is also included in our offer.

The work schedule is at least 40 hrs/ week, during day time – from 7 AM to 4 PM. We are expecting immediate availability, as the project starts in November.

To manage in this position, you will need to have:

• Good experience in the plumbing field
• Knowledge and previous experience with plumbing in real estate
• Ability to work independently
• English language skills: communicative level (at least B1), as there can be contact with customers when going to their houses
• A driving license is an advantage, considering the location of the projects
• A good awareness of Health and Safety at work
• The capacity of reacting quickly and systematically in changing situations
